In September 2003 I topped 12 st 2 lbs, and wasn't at all comfortable with the way I looked or felt. Over the previous few years I had gradually put on 2 stone... It was time for a big change!

Originally I wanted to lose some weight to look good at a presentation in November 2003. All my old school friends would be there, so I enlisted Anthony's help and dropped a stone in weight. Boy did they get a shock when they saw me!
