Nicola lost 2½ stone...

...and wowed her friends at a school reunion!


In September 2002 I topped 12 st 2 lbs, and wasn't at all comfortable with the way I looked or felt. Over the previous few years I had gradually put on 2 stone... It was time for a big change!

Originally I wanted to lose some weight to look good at a presentation in November 2002. All my old school friends would be there, so I enlisted Anthony's help and dropped a stone in weight. Boy did they get a shock when they saw me!

After maintaining my new weight, In 2004 I was back for another go! I contacted Anthony again, revised my diet as instructed, and hit the weights to smash all my personal records. Soon I was seeing 10 st 2 lbs on the scales, signifying a 2 stone loss!

Now, in April 2005, with a summer holiday to France looming, the goal is to be strutting the beach in a bikini by the end of May. So again, Anthony was called in and at the time of writing, I'm currently at an all time low of 9 st 11 lbs!

I enjoy the challenge of my workouts, and the satisfaction of getting gradually stronger, and I always feel good at the end of a day when I know I've done well. Don't get me wrong, I have slipped up a few times along the way, but the most valuable thing Anthony has taught me to date is to make it a lifestyle. Treat yourself once in a while, but don't go overboard.
